I recently submitted a new SF86 as part of a job application for civilian position and to achieve a interim TS clearance. I hold a secret at this time as a government contractor. My interim was just denied because my listed foreign contacts on my SF86 were not also in DISS. I believe I provided some of this info prior to 2020 to my contractor security office buy when asking them I was told they did not have those records, they had switched to a new system (threatswitch) in 2020. Would this be in DISS if I was a federal contractor reporting to my FSO? I’m just trying to figure out how I would know if it did or not and how I should proceed. Thank you.
