Help me understand my odds (Clearance and Suitability)

Last week, I received a suitability denial from the FBI for a support position. However, I have two CJO’s from IC members that require a ts/sci. I wanted to check and see what you all think in light of my recent denial. I have heard that FBI has the strictest suitability around but wanted to pick more experienced (and unbiased) brains. Everything below has been disclosed. For context, I am 23.

  1. One night when I was 17, I sold nudes of pornographic actresses to strangers on the internet (catfished) using kik. I also accepted money for sex from one person. This was a scam and not an attempt to prostitute myself. I woke up ashamed and deleted everything.
  2. When I was 18, I got a conduct warning from my university for having a swiss army knife in my dorm. I had no idea it was against the rules, and law enforcement took a statement and left.
  3. When I was 18, I was the manager of my college baseball team and I took a previous season’s bat and a pair of sunglasses. I was not caught.
  4. When I was 20, I did not file taxes when I was required to. To avoid a long post, it was not intentional and I filed in Janurary of this year when I realized the mistake.
  5. When I was 20, I had a few beers to many at a neighbors house and drove home. I was not caught.
  6. When I was 20, I cheated on an exam and owned up to my professor. I lost 10 points and nothing was reported to the university.

With all this in mind, What are my odds considering clearance and suitability?

The only thing on that list that stands out (at least to me) is the taxes. Not a problem as long as you can show that you did file and don’t owe anything now.

My two :currency_exchange: (couldn’t find a ‘cents’ sign)

I did provide documentation proving I filed and no longer owed. And I assumed time would mitigate the other issues I discussed. Thanks for the response.

One thing to mention is the FBI is a law enforcement agency, so they may take the other things into account more. TS//SCI wouldn’t really look into those things that I can recall. I was asked about underage drinking but it is because I was still underage when I did my first clearance.

Good point. I am not really concerned about the clearance as much as a suitability issue
