Hiring Freeze and the BI process

Hey Everyone,

A few weeks ago, I received notification that the position I was hired for is currently under a hiring freeze. No determination yet has been made when the freeze will be lifted or if the offer will be rescinded. The position is non-IC, non-law enforcement, non-military and intel.
Does anyone know if the BI will continue, or be delayed or stopped?

I don’t see any reason why the BI wouldn’t continue as long as you don’t indicate that you are not interested any more and the company doesn’t rescind the offer. In fact, it might continue even if they do rescind the offer.
