I heard that CACI has unlimited time off… as long as you make it up by the end of the calendar year.
Got this secondhand but the source used to be a sub to CACI.
If you asked me ten years ago I would have said Booz was head and shoulders above CACI and most of the rest. But there has been such a race-to-the-bottom to try to eke out that low bid I’m not sure it is the same anymore.
Anyway if you are in discussions with CACI be sure to ask about their time off policy. And they like to say C-A-C-I although nobody else does

No unlimited PTO at caci. It’s never been that way.
If you’re asking about their background investigations group then unemployment is a better option than working for those cretins.

For most of their departments it is. Just not for background investigators.
I’ve heard of companies setting up separate “cost centers” usually to create very low cost entities to allow them to bid contracts at the lowest possible price… usually to compete with other companies trying to be the lowest bidder.
Not a good business to make a career in, unless you’re one of the big shots at the top of the heap.
