Deleting production emails is something I have started doing. Doing so has reduced my stress and anxiety levels some. I have no urge in moving up levels at Peraton. I work a solid day each day. Do what I can do each day and go from there. Some days are very productive others not so much. It is the way that is goes.
All that time you waste deleting production emails…you could be completing cases instead of doing that Just waiting for the next labor lawsuit to begin. I feel confident it will involve the stupid production emails they send out to everyone with everyone’s identifiable stats. I can’t help but think that there is a labor law judge out there who is going to side with investigators on this one. Management just won’t display leadership, they like to “manage” and then tell everyone they are “leaders”
I wouldn’t say this is accurate. I have plenty of former coworkers that have moved to Xcelerate and they are more than happy there. You have a Section Lead as a POC at Xcelerate for fieldwork help, they aren’t your supervisor. Being in the field always requires admin work and from what I know they’re the only company that has cared enough to invest in a mileage tracking app as opposed to the ancient way we’ve always had to do things. But from what I heard they don’t micromanage you and let you do your job. Every company has it’s quirks and things to improve upon. I don’t think bashing any company on here is helpful to anyone.
I can’t imagine anyone in the field would seriously want or be happy about having a “mileage tracking app” for reimbursement? What does it do?
