Longest time to get a clearance

A little background, I held a clearance from 2004 to 2018. In late 2017, I had a medical incident that wound up putting me in a medically induced coma for 5 days. One of the things Doctors don’t tell you is that the drugs they use to do this can undo the work you’ve done on PTSD, and when I came out of the coma I was an a super bad place. My grandfather, who was a medic in WW2 and Korea, was helping me with it, then 3 months later, I lost him. This sent me on a spiral that caused me to seek mental health treatment. Since then, I have worked on myself and gotten myself back to a good place, and have been working in the Defense sector and applied for my clearance in 2023. Between my last re-investigation in 2016 and applying for a new clearance in 2023, the question about mental health treatment has changed from have you ever been ordered to have you ever had treatment. I was honest, and I have provided my mental health records when I was asked, but it has been over 3 years now since my application and I still have no answer either way. Does anyone know of a clearance that has taken longer and been approved or am I looking at complete disappointment?
