Is this legitimate, and are questions like this in fact being asked of candidates for Senior and other National Security (Cleared) Positions in Intel and Law Enforcement (e.g. apolitical, non-appointed positions), or are these questions only being asked of people working at the level of the president who may or may not be appointed by the president?
