I want to apply for a position as an escort to people that are handling classified materials and the position requires “TS/SCI Eligibility”. I have a foreclosure on my record from 2004 and I lived and worked in mainland China from 2010 to 2013 as a graphic designer for a company headquartered in Hong Kong. I lived in the mainland because this si where my fiancee lived at the time (Chinese national now an American citizen serving active duty military).
Do either of these things pose an issue for me for this level of clearance?
