I am a contractor who will be working at a federal building I applied for tier 1 clearance PIV card I was not approved yet and my case was sent for a full investigation with OPM what does this mean and is there anyway of finding out what the issue is or if there was a way for me to clarify something that they may have found in their initial background check.
