I’m about to do an eQip using SF-85p… i know the questionnaire asks about being behind on child support payments currently. 5 years ago because of issues beyond my control, i signed my rights over to the custodial parent, and no longer obligated to pay child support, however, i did have arrearages at that time, but doesn’t show on my credit report and i have called the state and they told me i have $0 monthly obligations, and just the arrear to take care of which i do as im able to financial able to. Does this get marked with a yes on an eqip or not? I’m confused. Thank you.
