Hey guys, I’m new here and don’t know if this is the right place to post, but I’d just like some insight. I have a public trust clearance working for a government contractor. My badge expires this month so I have to get it renewed. I was arrested for a drunk in public charge at the end of December. Will this prevent me from getting my public trust renewed? You will likely need discuss it and fully disclose the circumstances. Don’t play it down, and if possible have the legal aspect wrapped up as fast as possible.
