Hello I would really like advise on this.
I was going through BI high risk from January 2017 till July 2017. I was terminated offer from DHS because BI was taking too long. I called OPM once a month to check but of course they won’t give me an answer where my BI is at and when I first asked DHS how long is it going to take, they did say average 320 business days which I thought I had no problem and if DHS told me that i was sure that they would understood. DHS told me they think BI is going to take about a year, they want to move on and find new candidates.
Is there something or anything i could do? if i get deny of BI that’s one thing but not even going through whole BI and get cancel on the way and most likely BI stopped too.
