Hi everyone,
I previously was denied security clearance in 2022 at my previous company. I now work for a different employer who has applied for my security clearance and received a letter that in order to reapply I must submit a statement to DOHA.
I understand the Decision from an Administrative Judge and the Statement of Reasons. Certain circumstances have indeed changed.
However, I’m unsure of how to format my written statement explaining what facts have changed and why I believe the disqualifying conditions that were previously identified in the DOHA Administrative Judge’s Decision no longer apply.
Does anyone know of a template I can use? Or provide a link to some examples? Do I need to obtain legal counsel? If so, can anyone recommend an attorney or website?
