Contact the embassy of the country you are renouncing your citizenship from, you’ll need to fill out forms.
In some cases you only have to indicate your willingness to renounce citizenship… rules on this are changing, and it seems to vary by customer.
Make sure that’s really what they want you to do. Talk to the FSO, if able.
If I was a foreign embassy, and someone wanted to renounce citizenship, it wouldn’t be very hard to put 2 and 2 together…
I did mine in MEPS with a sworn statement and a typhonic call…
