I recently had a clearance resubmitted because I was terminated due to two Lt.s falsifying information and then I was rehired after Union intervention and disproved the accusations and reasons for termination. ICE then denied the new application for a clearance. I live in an isolated area and never received the paperwork from ICE which contained the appeals because Fedex apparently did not know where my residence or mailbox were located . I then called their ICE security division and they said I could not appeal because the allotted time of days had already expired and the original reasons, which were dis-proven, were the reasons why it was not renewed. What can I do to at this point to clear this off my record and start a new clearance process to get a job?
