Security investigator asking for another passport which I have no record of

Hello,

I am going through a secret clearance and everything seemed to go fine but the investigator called me asking me about a foreign passport that I have no record of. I went through all my past eqip and
Clearances since 2010 with no issues and have no record of that passport. I told the investigator. The other thing is this investigator has called me by wrong names on the phone and I have corrected him and then he would say hold on let me find you. I am just worried he has mixed me up with someone else and it will end up causing me issues. How to deal with this situation

If you feel some incompetence is at hand, report it to DCSA. They have a website where you can lodge complaints. If you don’t have the passport info just tell them you don’t have the info and there is no way for you to retrieve it. That should be good enough. Some information is irretrievable. That’s life.
