Posting because I’m worried about my current clearance due to me having issues with self reporting. I got my clearance in early 2023. I’m going to be honest - I wasn’t the best at listening to requirements/special rules due to having a clearance.
I’ve had a couple trips and collections (all paid off long time ago) that I’ve either completely forgot to report at the time, but have reported at a later time. Coming mid 2025, I’ve been taking my self reporting/SEAD 3 a lot more seriously (due to long conversations with my FSO and other cleared folk). I’ve also just realized that I’ve had two late excise taxes in the year 2024/2025 (already paid off long time ago) that I haven’t reported yet. I plan on reporting these in the next couple of days. I know I screwed up and I’m doing a lot better at self-reporting requirements this year (every self reportable event is done ASAP and properly).
To my knowledge, everything that needs to be self reported has already been self reported.
Is my clearance okay? Am I going to lose it?
