I am in a new job, and since my cleaance in out of scope I am required to fill out the SF-86 in E-quip. Since I left my previous job under the terms of a confidentiality agreement, I would be in violation of this agreement by detailing what happeened in e-quip. Any suggestions?
A confidentiality agreement pertains to the negotiated settlement terms, however, you must still disclose the fact that you left under a mutual agreement without listing any specific details. You can always cite the agreement if asked about it.
