Hello, my husband has TS clearance. I am probably going to be charged with a misdemeanor for Petty Theft. Will this affect his clearance? And does he need to report it?

No unless he can be blackmailed or coerced over it. It’s not even a reportable issue for him or a discoverable issue for him.
