I worked for a US-based non-profit who won and ran a USAID grant (not the prime/lead) and then later a USAID contract. Is that considered federal service and should therefore be reported in the SF85P-2021 (moderate public trust)?

This is the last set of questions (“Federal Service”) in Section 2.
