Just a quick question to understand if this is normal. My sources have said my particular process has been happening really quickly, and they had to wait months for certain things to move forward. With the current hiring freeze situations and gov uncertainty I wanted to know if my case is normal. For background I do not have gov experience nor military. Just an avg civilian joe that applied to a 3 letter IC agency.

Screening Call: Jan 2025

Silence

Call to set up in person interview: May 2025

1st set interview: June 2025

2nd set Interview: July 2025

COE: July 2025

SF86: July 2025

POLY/Medical: August 2025 (still have to do)

Yep, normal.

Acclimate to the pace and just roll with it, go about your normal life stuff and if/when next steps occur just continue.

A lot of variables that happen behind the curtain(s), including that your situation, your life, your background is different than others.
