I graduated from college in May. I disclosed on my SF-86 that I used mushrooms twice in June of jast year and Marijuana at 10-20 times over the couse of 2 years back in 2019-2021. I was offered a position in September, but of course my previous drug use prevented me from getting the interim to secret clearance. What are the chances that I will get the Top Secret Clearance and my job offer still be valid? Or should I just forget about it it and look for non-government work? I do not have any debt or foreign nationals issues. And what is the process?
