I worked the OPM contract for many years. I then worked DHS contract but made an error and my creds were pulled. This was 7 years ago. I have continued to work on SF85 work. I recently got my paperproof creds but was not told that my top secret was reinstated. Does anyone know if I have to have TS to work paper proof. I have worked cases already and another contractor has work but says it requires TS.
