Under US Navy definition of immediate family (parents, siblings, spouse, children), they all have to be US Citizens or a low risk country, I have no siblings, no children, no spouse, and my mom is a US Citizen, my dad is a Dutch Citizen (Netherlands)

I have foreign relatives in Iraq, my grandparents, 2 uncles, 1 aunt-in-law, and 2 nephews, they are also Christians, they live in an excluded community 200 miles away from any urban city, they are casuals, so they are shepherds or farmers, they raise cattle and milk cows to sell to local villagers for profit, they are in Iraqi Kurdistan

I have traveled to Iraq for 1.5 years from 2016 to 2017, and came back in August 2017, and finished my high school diploma

I have smoked marijuana, and even tried LSD once, this was in 2018, so it has been over a year of abstinence.

When I was 12, someone asked me to hack into his girlfriends facebook account, I did this, but failed, so it was an attempt.
Under all of these factors, do I have a shot at getting the rate? The rate is Cryptologic Technician Collection, and I need a TS/SCI clearance to qualify.
