Are there any circumstances where DISS/DOD CAS, would not talk with a prospective employers FSO?
I cant think of a situation where they WOULD talk to an FSO. Hard to get any good updates during the adjudication phase unless they reach out to you for additional info. That contact is usually made by an investigator in response to a request from the adjudicator… but not always.
