Currently being processed for separation from military for one-time use of LSD. Received the notice of suspension of my clearance pending review, etc. My question is if I would ever be able to re-obtain my security clearance in the likely case that it’s revoked, and if so, what conditions would there be (i.e. time-frame, waivers, proof of good behavior and compliance with rehab). Worth noting that the discharge was non-judicial, least favorable characterization of service is a General, and I was honest and forthcoming during the disciplinary process.
