BI started Before Poly/Suitability

Just want some thoughts guys. This 3 letter agency under DOJ has started my BI. During the BI, all my references, school, work etc has been contacted. The ironic thing here is that they started the BI before conducting the polygraph. I was just informed by my recruiter that my file has NOW been sent to the polygraph examiner team. Does that mean I passed suitability?

The reason I asked is because I have an arrest record that was expunged (No conviction). All was disclosed in SF86 and discussed. I was afraid that arrest record was going to stop me from obtaining TS SCI clearance.

There is no specific order in which these are conducted. It’s best not to assume anything.
