I was looking at my Scattered Castles record and there is redacted info on the “conditions” portion. I was never told i had any and never signed any acknowledgment of such.
Anyone have any insight on what kind of conditions could be reflected? I have heard that some ppl sign conditions like “will continue to stay current on student loans” after previously going into default but i have nothing like that.
What are other common conditions?

As far as “conditions” I heard something a few months back about a flag that says “review before crossover” but I don’t know if that is is SC or some other agency-specific database. As I understand it, SC is an IC-wide database managed by ODNI, but each agency maintains their own database, sometimes more than one.
You can just request it from DNI
A condition can be something like drug issues. I know of a colleague who had to sign a statement saying he will not continue to engage in marijuana as a condition to receive his IC TS/SCI. It’s red flags like those.
