Congressional inquiry Helpful?

I’ve learned about it from this forum, does it help? Have seen people swear it sped things up, also have seen investigators claim it only slows things down

At what point should it be done? 12+ months wait? 18+? 24+?

Is it only for collateral clearances? Can it be done for sci agencies?

You can do a congressional inquiry for anything you need or would like from government. It’s impact on anything varies, mostly it’s just a waste of time.

Totally a waste of time unless they have DIRECT oversight of the organization. Helpful for military, useless of Intelligence Community.

That’s what i was afraid of, thanks

It may also piss them off which will make things much worse. The government is a huge retaliator, despite the “No Fear Act” which is rarely enforced.

Is this based on experience? I haven’t seen that scenario talked about here before

Not mine, but first hand knowledge of others. As in we helped draft their complaints and saw the outcome.
