Once I receive my DOD clearance, will I get some type of documentation detailing what I’ve received? I’m unsure if I’ll get documentation, or just hear from my FSO that I’m “good to go.” I’m hoping for something I can review. Thanks
Nope. If you want any documentation, you’ll need to submit a FOIA request.

No documentation, but see if you can get the date that the investigation was completed. That’s a useful bit of data you can add to a resume.
