Favorable Adjudication - New to Industry

Hey all! I’m new to the cleared spaces, and I have a question!

I recently got an email saying that I have been granted a favorable adjudication for a TS clearance (this is my first time ever having a clearance). However, due to the current industry changes to the BI world, my specific company will not be offering an NTS classes for the rest of 2025.

So the question is, would I be considered having an active clearance or current clearance? Can I register for clearance jobs and note that I have a TS? How would I list this on a federal resume?

Thanks

Yes, you can say you have a TS on your resume and register for ClearanceJobs. Not sure if you can say it’s “active.” Ask your FSO or sponsor to look in DCSA or Scattered Castles for current status (if any).

Can I ask which company sponsored you? I’ve been waiting on my clearance for 8 months and I’m wondering if I do get cleared soon whether or not I’ll be able to attend class this year.
