When I say judiciary I mean the judicial branch of government, e.g. the Supreme Court can’t decide on the final outcome of a case

Edit: I should clarify that’s just a legal interpretation many possess and I should’ve instead said the courts like to give special/considerable deference to the executive agencies for such matters

With the new supplemental form added to the sf85p, this is exactly what is going to happen. If the candidate has potential issues the file is going to be put on the bottom. since there is no longer an interview requirement, those with clean history will get preferential treatment and also the jobs.

I’ve got the same problem with approximately the same dates. Waiting on a Secret clearance for Navy Reserve.

Interview conducted mid 2017, Investigation completed January 2018 and still at DODCAF. The line is “an outside agency has relevant information and awaiting this information with no timeline”.

I’ve been selected for promotion to O5 but my promotion is withheld until my clearance is granted.

Wow that is not good. No chance of frocking prior? Denying your income is harsh.

I don’t think frocking actually gets you the pay bump, does it? As I understand it you get the insignia and title but not the increased pay or any accrued seniority.

@apollo - you are correct

I remembered that as soon as I hit enter.
