I was arrested and charged w/ possession of marijuana w/ intent back in Dec 2016. My roommates were selling drugs w/o my knowledge. Hired a lawyer. The charges ‘for me’ were later dismissed or “no billed” by Grand Jury. Arrest were also expunged. I now have the opportunity to accept a job offer that requires a DoD security clearance, pretty sure its the most basic one. Just wondering my chances of being accepted/denied?
