Can I still maintain my TS/SCI if I receive permanent residency in another country (Panama)? Justification: I would like to live in Panama between contracts due to the cheaper costs and weather.
Some customers would almost certainly want to do some kind of investigation before they granted access. So maybe you could “maintain” your TS/SCI but have a problem getting “read on” to a program.
