I applied for a SF86 and I had fingerprinting done a month ago. What are my next steps? Should I contact my FSO or should i wait to receive a call from someone? How long does this process normally take for the first interview?

A TS is a Top Secret. It’s different than a Secret. Can’t be both at the same time.
The process takes as long as it takes. No one can give you an accurate answer since every single candidate is different. Your FSO should contact you as things update.
