I was referred to DOHA as part of my security clearance process and held a hearing with an Administrative Judge. He decided in my favor. The Department Counsel then appealed his decision, and I provided a written reply to her appeal a few days ago. How long does the DOHA Appeal Board typically take to render their decisions? When can I reasonably expect to find out about the final determination in my case?
