Sounds like you already know more than your average applicant. Most folks seem to be given profoundly general responses, so there are hardly any experts on these questions here. Hope you get some good news real soon!
Team leads in D/OS or team leads in division you interviewed for? Those are very different things and i’ve never heard of clearance needing to be vetted by anyone other than D/OS.

D/OS is Directorate for the Office of security. If it’s at adjudicator then you should hear back soon.
