Do you think with PERATON and CACI hiring more investigators that we heading back to more in person work in the future?
Nope. It is replacing everyone that is leaving due to the grind and the move to all phone, all the time. Just my opinion.

No. Both consistently overhire. Then work dries up and they force people to take unpaid leave. Rinse and repeat.

Yep. Overhire is the norm now, because the attrition rate is so bad. A lot of the new FIs don’t last long.
