ISN Investigators

Question for any ISN Investigators on here. Have been working with ISN for a couple of months now and have done several Personal Source interviews. Questions and inputting into the system is straight forward, no issues for me.
However, I have only had 1 ESI and I struggled with getting it completed and approved. I’m sure it will get easier once I’ve done it a hundred times, but if there is an easier way, I;m all in.
My issue with the ESI is there are at least 3 different places for questions and answers: checklists, guides and ROI.
Does anyone have a template that covers all the questions from the guides/checklist/ROI in a logical, chronological order they would be willing to share with me?

Surely I cannot be the only one do does not want to re-invent the wheel.
Specifically for the DoD/DIA contract.

Thanks in advance,
CW

Hi @CW76! I’m a new ISN investigator. I’ve worked as a contractor with numerous vendors but just now getting on with ISN and I’m on the same contract. I just got assigned my first source interviews - but I’m also struggling with where to find correct information. Everything in the system feels like its designed as an overview or summary of the original documents for the contract - but where are the originals located? I’m struggling with where to find a more accurate coverage chart without misspellings and WITH complete sentences - among other things. Who do you go to for questions? Your Field lead or someone else? I’m not having a whole lot of luck actually connecting with my field lead.

If you want to give me a call, I’d be happy to share what I know.

Thank you, I will do that! I’m on the East coast so I’ll give you a call soon. *336 area code.

I would reach out to your lead… I would never contact someone off a message board about a case or hep with a case…

I have, they are very busy and in this instance, no help. I wanted to see if there was a better way of working within the system of record, not reinvent the wheel.

Thanks,
CW

Ok… I would just be walking on egg shells with the new people and how they are cutting everything…

This is not an appropriate place to discuss…

Was not planning to discuss in this setting, just looking for some tips and tricks someone could share in a more private setting.
