My mom is mentally ill and won’t give me her certificate of citizenship number. I am being asked for it on the forms to get a public trust. I have my dad’s info.

No it won’t, even if she was a foreign national it has no bearing on public trust positions.

Didn’t you, in another thread, state that you need this because you can’t prove your own citizenship otherwise?
