If someone is a naturalized citizen does there immigration file get pulled or looked at for a Tier 5 investigation or a security clearance (T3 or T5)?
Why would you be concerned about that?
I have no idea but they seem to want details on the naturalization documents or at least details on the naturalization court.
If a person has tax issues, they have to sign a separate authorization allowing the investigators to access their tax records. I wonder if the same would apply to immigration records? That is, if they need access would they need a separate signed authorization?
The naturalization and/or immigration numbers are definitely cross checked and verified.
