New Outside Employment with Foreign Owned Company

I am in the National Guard and have a TS/SCI. As a civilian I am a Civil Engineer. I recently changed companies but after starting I realized that the company is a subsidiary of a foreign entity out of Denmark. It didn’t even occur to me until a conversation with the company revealed that they’re not allowed to have an SSO because of it. Am I going to have issues? Do I need to find a new civilian job to keep my clearance?

If it is a US subsidiary then you should be OK. There are a few major defense contractors that are foreign owned but have set up US subsidiaries, such as BAE Systems and Cobham.

At any rate you should inform your security manager.
