In late 2019, I completed a counterintelligence polygraph that resulted in an inconclusive outcome. In early 2020, this appears to have triggered the opening of an investigation in my security file.
I have been employed with my current company for several years. When they attempted to read me into a new program, they discovered a block on my profile in JADE. Further review revealed an open investigation with DCSA.
The customer has declined to assist in closing the investigation, and as a result, my employer has decided to terminate my employment.
