I called OPM and they stated my investigation was completed Aug 2016. I called my FSO this past week and she told me my investigation was still pending and they would let me know when my investigation is complete. I previously thought I would be in adjudication by now. I’m not really sure whats going on. Anyone have any answers?
Someone provided you erroneous information, probably just to get you out of their hair. It is simple: either it is closed and pending in adjudication or it is not closed. Ping your security POC for the answer.
I just called OPM again this morning it appears my investigation was closed and sent electronically to the DOD Aug 2016. My POC apparently doesn’t get any information until its cleared adjudication according to him.
