This question is for investigators. I’m looking to join the military with a job with a Top Secret. However I am currently overemployed (OE) working multiple remote jobs simultaneously. Is this going to be a basis for denial?
Over employment can be an issue if you are charging two or more employers for the same time period. There are variances though, such as piece work and reporting the two (or more) employments to the other employers where the various employers signed off on the “time sharing”.
TLDR If you are concerned your employers will find out about each other, you have a Personal Conduct issue.
