Overseas living- Military Installation

I know that security clearances typically take longer for individuals who have lived overseas. I have a unique situation.

I lived overseas in Africa for one year but my employment was through a nonprofit that had official agreement with the military and I lived on a military installation/was given an overseas dependent ID and I had an ID through the Defense Biometrics Identification System(DBIDS). Do you think this will help speed up this section of previous residence since my verifier is someone from the state department and I have documentation of living on the United States military installation?

Thank you!

It shouldn’t be an issue. List a verifier that was working/spending time with you while you lived there. Plenty of investigations include overseas living for military, education, dod employment purposes.
