The process has not changed. You are not getting a clearance, just the initial go ahead to start working while the investigation is in progress. If issues arise in the closed investigation that cannot be mitigated you would then have due process prior to removal.

outstanding so for all work Tier 4 and below its a 85p and no clearance sp86 indicates a clearance.

This is great information. I think to get rid of this backlog, maybe Tier 4 and below should be reevaluated. Do we really need all these or maybe just have Tier 3 and above.
