I was found unfit for Public Trust position due multiple misconducts in my work history. My last misconduct was back in 2016. I was pretty honest while filling out equip but I had so many employers and forgot to list two while filling out the equip. I’ve been working for the contractor for 6 months up until recently because I was denied my public trust. Is there a way I can get a lawyer? Will the public trust show up on my record? Will I be able to reapply for this job?
