I just got my clearance approved May 13. I had been opened about my pending dui (first offense November 15) in my OF306 form and I still got approved even while going through the court process. Fast forward 2 week after I got approved I got an offer from the DAs office to do probation before judgement. I contacted the officer doing the investigation and he told I should be good since I got approved 2 weeks ago. Is there anyone else I should inform about me taking the probation before judgement?
If you are currently employed you may need to inform your security officer at work, or whoever it is that handles the public trust stuff.

Is this job with federal gov? If so how did you get job with pending case?
