For question 28 should a prospective clearance applicant be hitting yes for child custody court or would that not be relevant here?
Read the question:
“In the last ten (10) years, have you been a party to any public record civil court action not listed elsewhere on this form?”
The key: ANY public record civil court action you’ve not listed previously on your SF86.
i.e. unless the child custody was part of the divorce (and ended 10 or more years ago) reported on the SF86, you need to report it.
